1. Order Processing and Shipping

Processing Time:

  • Order Processing: Our order processing time is 24-48 hours, unless stated otherwise (e.g., during website downtime or holiday mode).

Processing refers to the entire process from the moment an order is placed until it is prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier. It includes receiving the order, processing it, packaging the items, and ensuring they are ready for shipment. Processing time is distinct from shipping time, which is the duration it takes for the shipped items to be delivered to the customer's address after leaving the fulfilment centre.

Shipping Locations:

  • UK Only: Currently, we only ship within the UK. However, we are working on expanding our services to other nations in the future. Please stay tuned for updates on our international shipping options.

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges start from 99p. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items in your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over £25, unless stated otherwise on our website. Occasionally, we may offer additional time-limited promotions that provide free shipping on orders below this threshold. Be sure to check our website for any ongoing promotions.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number. This enables you to monitor the delivery status and estimated arrival of your purchase.

Made to Order and Personalized Products:

  • Processing Time for Custom Products: Shipping time for made-to-order products or personalized products may take longer to process and ship than stated. These products typically take up to 6 days to process and additional days to ship (up to 3 days), with a maximum of 6 additional days for shipping.

  • Third-Party Handling: Some products may be drop shipped, with handling done by a third party. We will notify you if this is the case for any of your ordered items.

 

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

 

I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?

If the order is still in the processing phase then we can still change it. Please contact us at  info@partyfox.co.uk as soon as possible. However, if the order is already shipped then we can’t do anything in that case.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:  

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • If you have not received a tracking number for your package, you are required to first contact your local post office and distribution center to inquire about the status of your delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that all potential local handling and delivery issues are addressed. In the event that a tracking number has been provided, you must contact the distribution company associated with the tracking number to obtain information regarding your package. The distribution company will have the most accurate and up-to-date information about the location and status of your package.

  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them  

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at info@partyfox.co.uk with your order number.   

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Please note:

  • Any unclaimed package will be returned back to us. And, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment

  • It is recommended that customers provide a secure delivery address, such as their home or place of employment, to prevent lost or stolen parcels.

 

How do I track my order?

2. Disclaimer

  • We reserve the right to exercise discretion and may choose not to process or ship any order.

 

  • We do not offer shipping to multiple locations per order.

 

  • All orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

  • For security reasons, we do not deliver to incomplete recipient information or unidentifiable addresses.

 

  • The Party Fox is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events.

 

  • We are not responsible for courier-related delays, such as customs clearance, as they are beyond our control.

 

  • Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
