What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns on all items! 

  • All returns must be within 21 days upon purchasing the product and must still be in their original packaging/ condition.

  • Yes we deliver to all of the United Kingdom.

  • We currently don't provide international shipping.

  • Yes we do offer free shipping! Shipping is from 99p. Minimum spend is £25.

What are Eco Balloons?

  • Eco balloons are made of natural latex 

  • This means it can biodegrade in soil 

  • They don't contain any plastic or other nasties that end up in the ocean and cause micro plastics. 

  • We are actively trying to work with manufactures and reduce any unnecessary plastic packaging and using alternatives where possible. 

  • Eco balloons are safe to use with helium. Normal safety advice applies. The time of inflation is more limited but in most normal  conditions shouldn't be noticed. 

Does your Wrapping Paper contain plastic?

  • No! Our wrapping paper is 100% plastic free when used with our Eco Tape.

  • All natural inks are used that are also vegan friendly.

  • All our wrapping paper is proudly designed and made in the UK.

  • Reduce landfill and increase recycling. 

I still haven't received my order?

  • Some of our products are made to order and normal delivery time of 1 -3 business days does not apply. We will contact you if any delays are expected. 

  • We offer some personalised products that have lead times of 3 -8 days turnaround. This will be indicated in product descriptions. 

  • We provide tracking information for all DPD or Evri carriers.

Some items are out of stock?

  • Please use the "notify when back in stock" feature on product pages. 

  • We aim to have most items back in stock within 10 days. 

  • The exception to this is around holiday period and CNY where suppliers and distributors have reduced capacity.
